The Essex County Board of County Commissioners
hereby establishes the following fee schedule for the Essex County
Sheriff's office as follows:
A. Furnishing copies of any reports or other documents:
$2 per page.
B. Photographs:
(1) Prints up to four inches by five inches, each: $5.
(2) Prints, five by seven inches, each: $10.
(3) Prints, eight by 10 inches, each: $20.
(4) Prints, eight by 12 inches, each: $22.
C. Furnishing County Courts Complex identification cards.
(1) Initial issue, except attorney ID card: no fee.
(2) Initial issue of attorney ID card: $25.
(3) Subsequent issue due to loss, mutilated or stolen
ID cards: $15.
