Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 74.
Solid waste management — See Ch. 126.
Littering is hereby prohibited on any County-owned land.
Litter receptacles and their servicing are hereby required at buildings and grounds owned by the County and held out for use by the public, including but not limited to government buildings, jail and jail annex, recreation facilities, County parks and County maintenance garages.
The discarding or dumping of any solid waste in any place not specifically designated for the purpose of solid waste storage or disposal is hereby prohibited.

Grant funds received under the Clean Communities and Recycling Grant Act (N.J.S.A. 13:1E-213 et seq.) shall be used for a program of litter pickup and removal on County roads and other County property in accordance with the provisions of the Clean Communities and Recycling Grant Act, as administered by the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Solid Waste Management, Office of Recycling and Energy.
