[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Health of the Township of Stillwater 9-15-1980 by Ord. No. 80-16 (§ BH:1-3 of the 1971 Revised General Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Fees to be charged for licenses or permits shall be as recommended from time to time by the Sussex County Health Department and adopted by resolution of the Stillwater Township Board of Health. A copy of the fee schedule so adopted shall be kept on display in the Township Municipal Building, and copies shall be available to the public.
In no event shall the fees for the following applications or permits be less than as hereinafter set forth:
A. 
For the filing of an application and plans and issuance of a permit to locate and construct a water supply: $130. The permit shall be valid for one year from the date of filing but may be renewed upon payment of an annual fee of $65.

B. 
For the filing of an application and plans and issuance of a permit to alter an existing water supply: $50. The application shall be valid for one year from the date of filing but may be renewed upon payment of an annual renewal fee.
C. 
For each reinspection of a water supply or part thereof caused by the failure of the permittee to locate and construct or alter the same in accordance with the terms of the Township Code: $15. For each inspection or work involved in water samples in addition to those set forth, an additional fee shall be charged for each water sample so taken.
D. 
For the filing of an application and plans and the issuance of a permit to locate and construct an individual sewage disposal system: $150. The permit shall be valid for one year from the date of filing but may be renewed upon payment of an annual renewal fee of $65.

E. 
For the filing of an application and plans for the issuance of a permit to alter an existing individual sewage disposal system: $130. The permit shall be valid for 60 days but may be renewed upon payment of an additional fee of $25; two soil logs shall be included in all cases.

F. 
For each reinspection of an individual sewage disposal system or part thereof caused by the failure of the permittee to locate or construct or alter the same in accordance with the terms of the permit issued or the terms of the aforesaid code: $15.
G. 
For licensure of a retail food establishment and issuance of permit: $60. Said permit shall be valid for a period of one year.

(1) 
If an inspection of the permanent establishment by a licensed sanitarian results in an evaluation other than satisfactory, thereby requiring a reinspection of the establishment, a fee of $25 will be charged for the first reinspection. If after the first reinspection the evaluation is still not satisfactory and an additional inspection is required, the fee for a second reinspection will be $50. The fee for each additional reinspection, after the second reinspection, will be increased in increments of $25 until a satisfactory evaluation has been rendered.

H. 
Licensure of retail food establishment to be operated by religious or nonprofit organizations: no charge.
I. 
For the filing of an application and plans for the issuance of a permit to replace an existing septic tank and pipes up to the "D" box: $50.

For the inspection of soil logs: $50 per hole.
