It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to engage in drinking any alcoholic beverage, including but not limited to wine, malt beverages, beer or other brewed beverages, liquor, whiskey or any combination thereof, upon any of the streets, highways, sidewalks, alleys, parks, ball fields, recreational areas, commons, unoccupied lots of land or in unoccupied buildings within the Borough of Baden.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $300 and costs of such proceedings or, upon default of payment of such fine and costs, by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than 30 days.
