In compliance with the requirements of the Act
of May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, known as the "Municipality Authorities Act
of 1945," as amended, the municipal authorities of the Borough of
Kingston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, desiring to organize an Authority
thereunder, do hereby certify:

The name of the Authority is the "Borough of
Kingston Authority."
| ||
2.

The Authority is formed under the Act of May
2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended.
| ||
3.
|
No other authority organized under the Act of
May 2, 1945, P.L. 382, as amended, or under the Act of June 28, 1935,
P.L. 463, as amended, is in existence in or for any of the incorporating
municipalities, except:

The name of the incorporating municipality is
the Borough of Kingston, and the names and addresses of the municipal
authorities are:[1]

The Board of the Authority shall consist of
seven (7) members, each to serve, except for those initially appointed,
for a term of five (5) years. The governing body of the borough shall
fill vacancies occurring among members upon expiration of their terms
or, in case of death, resignation or incapacity, by interim appointments
of members to serve the unexpired portions of the terms. The names,
addresses and terms of office of the first members of the Board of
the Authority, all being citizens of the Borough of Kingston, are
