For each and every violation of any provisions of this chapter, the owner, contractor or other person interested as general agent, architect, building contractor, owner, tenant, or any other persons who commit, take part, or assist in any violation of this chapter, or who maintain any building or premises or uses of any land in violation of this chapter, shall be subject to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.
Where the provisions of this chapter are less
restrictive than the regulations as laid down in the Sanitary Code,
Building Code or other ordinances of the Township, the more restrictive
provisions of such code or ordinance shall remain in effect.
