For the purpose of this chapter, the Township
of Blairstown is divided into the following seven zoning districts:

In addition to the permitted uses within each
of the six designated zoning districts, two types of planned developments
are permitted as optional development alternatives in accordance with
the requirements of this chapter and applicable provisions of the
Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.) on certain lands
as follows:

The boundaries of the zoning districts and the
areas designated for the optional development alternatives are established
on the Zoning Map of the Township of Blairstown, dated September 2006,
which accompanies and is part of this chapter.
As required by the Municipal Land Use Law at N.J.S.A. 40:55D-38b(8), the boundary of the Airport Hazard Area for the airport in Blairstown Township has been delineated pursuant to the Airport Safety and Zoning Act of 1983, P.L. 1983, c. 260 (N.J.S.A. 6:1-80 et seq.) and is shown on the Zoning Map of the Township. The use and physical development of the lands located within the delineated Airport Hazard Area shall be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter specified within §
19-605, Airport hazard area, and §
19-601C, Airports.
