A.
The Schedule of Fees to be charged by the Town Clerk
in accordance with the authority of ~ 34 of Chapter 262 of the general
laws shall be those established by the Town Clerk pursuant to ~ 22F
of Chapter 40 of the general laws.
B.
The fees adopted under this section shall be subject
to approval by the Select Board after a public hearing. A copy of
the Schedule of Fees so adopted shall be available in the office of
the Town Clerk and shall be posted on the town bulletin board.
