[On January 1, 1989, the Town Board of the Town of Avon adopted Ord. No. 4-88 regarding design criteria and construction specifications for land development. A complete copy of the ordinance is on file in the office of the Town Clerk. A brief description follows: The intent is to assure proper design and construction of facilities which will be turned over to the Town of Avon for perpetual maintenance. Further, it is to assure proper design and construction of facilities which will affect the health and general welfare of the community, minimize long-term operating costs and prevent depreciation of property values.
