Pursuant to § 36 of the Town Law, the office of Town Tax Collector is hereby abolished and the functions that this office normally and up to this point had carried are hereby transferred to and made part of the duties and responsibilities of the office of the Town Clerk.
B.
This resolution shall become effective for the general Town elections in November of this year.
