A. 
The aforesaid petition is signed and acknowledged as required by law, it duly complies with the requirements of the Town Law as to sufficiency of signers with respect to the boundaries of the proposed district as approved, and it is otherwise sufficient;
B. 
All the property and property owners within the proposed district are benefited thereby;
C. 
All the property and property owners benefited are included within the limits of the proposed district; and
D. 
It is in the public interest to grant in whole the relief sought.
E. 
The creation of Lima Sewer District No. 1 shall be approved and be of the following description and boundaries:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in Township 10, Range 4, Town Lots 44 and 45, containing 29.165+/- acres, as shown on Drawing No. 1549.00-03 as prepared by Sear-Brown Associates, P.C., dated August 13, 1973, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the center line of Highway No. 5142 (New York State Route 5 and 20) said point being the intersection of said center line and the west line of the Village of Lima Corporation line, the True Point of Beginning; thence (1) S 08° 35' 00" W, along said Village Corporation line and an extension thereof of a distance of 1,481.86 feet to a point, said point lying on the north line of Town Lot No. 39; thence (2) N 84° 11' 38" W, along said north line of Town Lot No. 39, a distance of 923.25 feet to a point; thence (3) N 08° 1' 30" E, along an east line of lands owned now or formerly by Frank H. Knop as filed in L-372, page 430, in the Livingston County Clerk's office, a distance of 1467.88 feet to a point lying on the center line of said Highway No. 5142; thence (4) S 85° 00' 30" E, a distance of 469.82.
