A.
The Town of Naples Planning Board has the power and authority to approve preliminary and final plats of subdivisions showing lots, blocks or sites, with or without streets or highways, within that part of the town outside the limits of any incorporated village, by virtue of a resolution adopted by the Town Board on the eighth day of February 1993, pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, § 276, of the Consolidated Town Laws of New York State, as amended.
B.
The Naples Town Board has enacted Local Law Number 3 of 1993, to be known and cited as the "Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Naples," by virtue of a resolution adopted by the Town Board on the 13th day of December 1993, pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, § 271, of the Consolidated Towns Laws of New York State, as amended.
