This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Village of New Hartford Zoning Law."
A.
This Zoning Chapter is a land use control to guide development in the Village of New Hartford and is based on and is in conformance with the Village Land Development Plan.
B.
The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be the minimum requirements, adopted to promote the health, safety or general welfare of the Village of New Hartford.
