The purpose of this district is to delineate areas under single ownership or control which are suited for shopping center or similar large-scale commercial uses and to regulate land uses, access, building arrangement and amenities in such an area.
In any B-2 Business District, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall hereafter be erected or altered except for one or more of the following uses:

Retail stores and other businesses customarily included in shopping centers.
