On October 31 of each year, or on the night Halloween is observed as designated by resolution of the Village Board of the Village of Otego in each year, a Village-wide curfew shall be in effect for Halloween as well as three days before Halloween and three days after Halloween, as designated by said Board of Trustees. No person under the age of 18 years shall be walking, standing or loitering upon Village streets of Otego between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
