§ 6-1 Termination of status as assessing unit.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 735 amending the Real Property Tax Law and the Village Law to provide villages with the option of terminating their status as assessing units,[1] the Village of Brewster hereby elects the option of terminating the status of the Village of Brewster as an assessing unit.

§ 6-2 Use of Town assessment unit.

The Village of Brewster shall hereafter levy the Village tax on a copy of the appropriate portion of the Town of Southeast assessment roll.
