The Village Clerk is hereby designated as the records access officer for the Village of Brewster.

Village records may be examined at the Village Hall, 208 Main Street, Brewster, New York, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The fee for copies of records shall be per photocopy, as set forth in the Village fee schedule set from time to time by resolution of the Village of Brewster Board of Trustees, not in excess of nine inches by 14 inches, or the actual cost of reproducing any other record, except when a different fee is otherwise prescribed by statute.
