All motorized off-road vehicles including, but not limited to snowmobiles, minibikes and trail bikes, shall be registered with the Walpole Police Department for a fee of $20. All vehicles must display a means of identification as prescribed by the Walpole Police Department.
No unauthorized person shall ride or operate said motor vehicle over privately owned or Town-owned land without the written permission of the landowner or appropriate Town authority.

Penalty for operating without registration and written permission shall be confiscation of vehicle for one month or a fine of $300. Vehicle shall be impounded until payment of fine.
