It shall be unlawful for any person to litter,
deposit or dump any form of garbage or rubbish along the highways
and parks within the limits of the Town of Holland.

Any person violating this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined no less than $50 nor more than $200 together with the costs of prosecution and in default of payment of such fine and costs shall be imprisoned in the county jail of Sheboygan County until such fines are paid, but not to exceed 30 days. The penalty for littering within Amsterdam Park shall be as provided in Chapter 252, Article I of the Town Code
