This article shall be known as the "Law Altering the Residency Requirements for Honeoye Water Superintendent, Town of Richmond, Ontario County, New York."
This article shall be applicable to the Honeoye Water District, Town of Richmond, Ontario County, New York.
The Superintendent of the Honeoye Water District need not be a resident of the Town of Richmond but shall be a resident of Ontario County.
This article shall, pursuant to the town's authority under § 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, supersede any inconsistent provisions of § 23 of the Town Law.
