Village of Roslyn Harbor, NY Article II Jurisdiction over Village Parking Lot

§ 10-5 Amendment to Village Law.

Section 18-C of the Village Law of the State of New York is hereby amended in its application to the Incorporated Village of Roslyn Harbor, Nassau County, New York, by adding thereto a new sentence to read as follows: "The Village Court of the Village of Roslyn Harbor shall have jurisdiction to hear, try and determine charges of any violation of the ordinances, rules and regulations affecting any part of the Village Parking Lot, notwithstanding that the particular violation may have occurred in a portion of the parking lot situated outside the Village limits."
