The Village Law of the State of New York is
hereby amended in its application to the Incorporated Village of Roslyn
Harbor, Nassau County, New York, by adding thereto a new § 150
to read as follows:

§ 150.

Closing of Motts Cove Road South to through
traffic.

(a)
|
The closing of Motts Cove Road South to through
traffic is required in the public interest.

(b)
|
A suitable barrier designed to prevent through
traffic on said road shall be erected across the road at an appropriate
point opposite the proximity of the County of Nassau as indicated
on the Land and Tax Map of the county in Section 20 Block 74 and Lot
18.

(c)
|
The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized
and directed to cause such barrier to be erected, together with such
signs as may be authorized or required by law.
