The Borough Council of the Borough of Westmont hereby abolishes its existing Police Department and authorizes its appropriate officers to execute any and all documents necessary for the said abolition.

The Borough Council of the Borough of Westmont hereby authorizes and directs that its appropriate officers join with the Borough of Brownstown in forming the West Hills Regional Police Commission and authorizes its appropriate officers to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate said formation.
The Borough Council of the Borough of Westmont hereby authorizes and directs its appropriate officers to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate a transfer of the Westmont Borough Police Pension Fund to the West Hills Regional Police Commission in accordance with Act 600 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.[1]

The Borough Council of the Borough of Westmont hereby authorizes and directs its appropriate officials to execute an agreement for the West Hills Regional Police Commission to include Southmont Borough into the Commission and authorizes its appropriate officials to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the transfer of Southmont Borough's police functions into the West Hills Regional Police Commission.
