Any person found guilty of violation of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subjected to a fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, plus court costs, for each offense. Each day during which any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
