For the purpose of this chapter, the Borough
of Chester Heights is hereby divided into the following classes of
districts:
Residence 1-1/2 — R 1-1/2

Residence 1 — R 1

Residence 3/4 — R 3/4
|
Mobile Home Park — MHP
|
Residence Apartment — RA
|
Planned Residential Development — PRD
|
Planned Retirement Community — PRC
|
Business — B
|
Planned Laboratory-Office — PLO
|
Limited Industrial — LI
|
Flood Plain — FP
|
The boundaries of districts shall be shown on
the map attached hereto and made a part of this chapter, which map
shall be known as the "Zoning Map of Chester Heights Borough." Said
map and all notations, references and data shown thereon are hereby
incorporated by reference into this chapter and shall be as much a
part of this chapter as if all were fully described herein.
Wherever federal-, state-, or county-owned property
is included in one or more zoning districts, it shall be subject to
the provisions of this chapter only in so far as it is permitted by
the Constitution and laws of the United States of America and the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Municipal property shall be exempt from
all but the setback and land-coverage provisions of this chapter.
