Major subdivision. The Township shall be responsible
for securing the signatures of the proper officials of the Lehigh
Valley Planning Commission on all final plans and returning the necessary
copies to the Township office. Thereafter, the Township Engineer shall
record the final plan of all major subdivisions within 90 days of
the unconditional final plan approval of the Board of Supervisors
in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Northampton County. Costs
of filing shall be paid by applicant.
Minor subdivision. The Township shall be responsible

The record plan shall be a clear and legible
blue or black line print on Mylar or paper, and shall be an exact
copy of the approved final plan on a sheet of the size required for
final plans.
Official map. After a subdivision or land development
has been duly recorded, the streets, parks, and other public improvements
shown thereon shall be considered to be a part of any official map
of the Township.
Improvements private. Every street, park, or other
improvement shown on a subdivision or land development plan that is
recorded, as provided herein, shall be deemed to be a private street,
park, or improvement until such time as:
