The Township of Marlboro shall be governed by
an elected Mayor, an elected Municipal Council and by such other employees
as may be duly appointed pursuant to the Charter, general law or ordinance.
The Township government shall, in addition to
the elected Mayor and Municipal Council, be comprised of the following
offices, departments, agencies and boards:
A. Offices.
(1) Office of the Township Council.
(2) Office of the Municipal Clerk.
(4) Office of the Independent Township Auditor.
(5) Office of the Tax Assessor.
B. Departments.
(1) Department of Administration.
(4) Department of Recreation.
(5) Department of Community Development.
(6) Department of Public Safety.
(7) Department
of Economic Development.
(8) Department of Community Relations.
(9) Department of Public Works.
C. Agencies and boards. In addition to the offices and
departments provided for herein, there shall be the following agencies
and boards which are not assigned to any department:

Preservation Advisory Commission.
(5) Environmental
Commission.
(8) Agriculture
Advisory Committee.
(9) Youth
