No-passing zones are hereby established and maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XX (§ 138-57A), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the maps numbered as indicated, or as otherwise authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with § 138-57B.
