A. 
The provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Enforcement Official, who shall have the power to make necessary inspections of premises.
B. 
No zoning and building permit or certificate of occupancy shall be approved by the Enforcement Official except in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
A. 
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or who fails to comply with any order or regulation made thereunder or who uses any land or who erects, alters, moves or uses any building in violation of any detailed statement or plans submitted by him and approved under the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 for each violation.
B. 
Each day that such violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
C. 
In case any land is used or any building is erected, altered, moved or used in violation of the provisions of this chapter, proper officials may, in addition to other remedies, institute an appropriate action to prevent such unlawful use, erection or alteration.
