The roles of the Committee shall be as follows:
A. To represent the Hamilton community and report to
it on the operation and programs of Hamilton Community Residence.
B. To make recommendations concerning activities, programs
and operation of the Residence.
C. To aid Community Residence personnel and clients in
obtaining supporting activities: social, religious, educational and
recreational.
D. To investigate specific incidents of inadequate programming
and service and to bring these to the attention of the administration
for remedial action.
E. Others, as deemed by the Committee.
There must be four voting members to make formal
recommendations.
Amendments shall be presented at a regular meeting
of the Committee for discussion. Action shall be delayed until the
following meeting at which time adoption shall be by 2/3 vote of the
entire voting membership.
