Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 157-31), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed within Pompey Pines is hereby established at 30 miles per hour.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 157-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III (§ 157-33), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule IV (§ 157-34), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 157-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 157-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The Town Board of the Town of Pompey hereby delegates to the Town Highway Superintendent of said Town its authority pursuant to Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1660, Subdivision (a)11, to temporarily exclude from any portion of any Town highway any vehicle of given gross weight when in his opinion such highway would be materially injured by the operation of such vehicle thereon. Said Highway Superintendent is authorized to designate said highways, designate the gross weight limitation, erect and remove signs, publish notices required and grant exemptions pursuant to said section.
All vehicles with a gross weight of over five tons per axle are excluded from the following roads from November 1 to April 1, and said roads will be posted: Ransom Road, Route 91 to Bush Road; Gulf Road, Route 20 south to Oran-Delphi Road; Oran Gulf Road, Route 20 north to Oran Spur Road; Number 2 Road East and West, Watervale Road east to Oran-Delphi Road; Oran Station Road, Route 92 to Manlius/Pompey Town line; Number 4 Road East and West, Cemetery Road to Number 5 Road; Gardner Road, Cemetery Road to Route 20; Taylor Road, Route 91 to Route 173; Gibbs Road, Broadfield Road to Indian Hill Road; Indian Hill Road, Watervale Road east to Spur Road; Pompey Pines Drive, Pompey Center Road west; Brickyard Falls Road, Broadfield Road to Village of Manlius; Frank Long Road, Gates Road to Route 91; and Henderson Road, Gates Road to Taylor Road.
