The following public servants of the Town of Sodus are hereby authorized to issue and serve an appearance ticket with respect to violation of a state statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation of the Town of Sodus that such public servants are required or authorized to enforce: Code Enforcement Officer and Dog Control Officer.

Appearance tickets, other than a parking violation, shall be served personally.
