No building or premises shall be erected, altered or used except for one or more of the uses designated for any district as follows: (Symbols: P designates a use permitted by right, SP designates a temporary and/or conditional use contingent upon securing a special use permit and/or operating permit, NP means "not permitted" and may be subject to a use variance, in each case from the Zoning Board of Appeals.) Note: any land use activity not specifically permitted by § 135-6 of this chapter is specifically prohibited. All permitted uses may be subject to site plan review by the Planning Board.
