Article I Access Policy

§ 67-1 Designation of Open Records Officer.

Jersey Shore Borough Council shall designate an official or employee to act as the Open Records Officer.

§ 67-2 Adoption of guidelines.

Jersey Shore Borough hereby adopts the guidelines promulgated by the Office of Open Records as its official right-to-know policy.

§ 67-3 Fees.

Fees shall be set in accordance with the schedule promulgated by the Office of Open Records.

§ 67-4 Effective date.

The policy shall take effect of January 1, 2009.
