Jersey Shore Borough Council shall designate an official or employee to act as the Open Records Officer.

Jersey Shore Borough hereby adopts the guidelines promulgated by the Office of Open Records as its official right-to-know policy.
Fees shall be set in accordance with the schedule promulgated by the Office of Open Records.
The policy shall take effect of January 1, 2009.
