Persons desiring to use village water during
construction of a building or other facilities will be required to
make application to the Village Clerk therefor, stating the name of
the owner of the property and its location, and on receiving a permit
shall pay the required fee.
The Board of Trustees may from time to time
establish by rule or regulation fees for:
A.
Application for a permit to connect to the main.
B.
Application for permits to connect to the curb box.
C.
Application for permits to make repairs, additions
or alterations of the water service pipes in the building.
D.
A deposit with the Village Clerk to assure the satisfactory
completion of the work for which a permit is issued.
E.
Such other fees as it may deem necessary to carry
out the provisions of this chapter.
