A. 
Generally. Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, except Article VI, shall be guilty of a violation punishable as provided in Chapter 1, §§ 1-18 and 1-19 of this Code, and a consumer shall also have his or her supply of water turned off until such fine is paid.
B. 
Violation of Article VI. The owner or authorized agent of the owner responsible for the maintenance of the plumbing systems in the building who knowingly permits a violation to remain uncorrected after the expiration of time set by the Plumbing Inspector shall be guilty of a violation punishable as provided in Chapter 1, §§ 1-18 and 1-19 of this Code.[1]
