[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Yorkville as indicated in article histories. Amendments noted where applicable.]

No one shall be allowed to record any meeting of the Yorkville Village Board by using cameras, video or other equipment, either video or audio.
Anyone bringing such equipment to the Village Board Room shall be barred from the room until such time as they have removed all such equipment.

A. 
When a special meeting is called by the Mayor:
(1) 
He or the Clerk shall notify each Board member in person or by telephone advising each member of the date, time and location of the special meeting.
(2) 
The Clerk shall issue a notice of special meeting, one copy of which shall be posted on the outside front door of the Board Room entrance and another on the bulletin board near the inside Board Room entrance in the truck room.
B. 
In the event that there is sufficient advance notice of the special meeting being called:
(1) 
A notice may be mailed to each Board member; and
(2) 
A copy of the notice shall be mailed to the media.
