[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Yorkville 1-5-1926; amended in its entirety 3-2-1993 by L.L. No. 1-1993. Subsequent amendments
noted where applicable.]
Except as hereinafter provided, no circus, street
fair, carnival or other form of similar entertainment shall be run
or operated on any land within the corporate limits of the Village
of Yorkville, New York.
Church groups, veterans' organizations and similar
nonprofit agencies shall be authorized to conduct a bazaar or similar
exhibition for such number of days or performances and under such
conditions and restrictions as the Board of Trustees deem advisable
and subject to the issuance of a permit therefor by the Board of Trustees.
