[Adopted 4-10-1963]
Any addition to or new construction, alteration,
or removal of any building in the Town of Clinton amounting in each
instance to more than $100 in actual value shall be subject to prior
filing of a written declaration with the Town Clerk on forms prescribed
by the Assessor, accompanied by a fee of $1, stating location and
approximate cost of the work.
The penalty for conviction of failure to comply
with this article shall be a penalty of not more than $10
