No person shall park a vehicle at anytime or
during the posted times upon any of the streets, roads, highways,
or parts thereof described in Schedule I, attached hereto and incorporated
herein as part of this article.
The Supervisors shall establish locations of
handicapped parking spaces within the Township as listed on Schedule
II, attached hereto and incorporated herein as part of this article.
The Supervisors shall establish locations of
stop intersections at intersections of Township roads and at intersections
of Township roads with state roads, as listed on Schedule III, attached
hereto and incorporated herein as part of this article.
The Supervisors shall establish locations of
yield intersections at intersections of Township roads and at intersections
of Township roads with state roads, as listed on Schedule IV, attached
hereto and incorporated herein as part of this article.
The Supervisors shall establish certain roads
and highways, or portions thereof, located within the Township as
one-way streets. The streets, roads and highways designated as one-way
are listed on Schedule V, attached hereto and incorporated herein
as part of this article.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets
or parts thereof listed on Schedule VI, attached and incorporated herein, is hereby established
at the rate of 25 miles per hour under the authority of Pennsylvania
Act 151 of 1998. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle
at a higher rate of speed for that street or any part thereof.

In accordance with the authority granted to
the Township pursuant to § 4902(b) of the Pennsylvania Motor
Vehicle Code, the Township does hereby establish a ten-ton weight limit
upon all Township roads and bridges.
The appropriate Township employees are hereby
authorized to erect upon Township roads and bridges the appropriate
weight restriction signs in accordance with § 4902(e) of
the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
Any person operating a vehicle upon a Township
highway or bridge in violation of the prohibition or restriction set
forth herein is, upon conviction, guilty of a summary offense, and
shall upon conviction be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than
$25 and not more than $100 in accordance with the authority granted
pursuant to § 4902(b) of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle
Code.
