The Board of Supervisors be and hereby is authorized to enter into an agreement granting a nonexclusive franchise to Three Rivers Cable Associates, L.P., containing the terms set forth in the agreement attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference thereto.[1]
