Editor's Note: This ordinance also superseded former Ch. A284, Cable Television Franchise, §§ A284-1 through A284-3, adopted 11-11-1996 by Ord. No. 1996-11, granting a franchise to Suburban Cable TV Co., Inc. Said franchisee was subsequently purchased by Comcast.
The Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the cable franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all of the terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize the execution of such agreement.[1]
