[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee
of the Township of Blairstown as Sec. 3-5 (Ord. No. 87) of the 1977 Revised General
Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
As used in this chapter, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Target range, rifle range, trap shoot, trap shoot range and
all allied shooting ranges where firearms are discharged.
After June 10, 1964, it shall be unlawful for
any person to establish, maintain, operate or conduct a commercial
shooting range, as hereinabove defined, within the Township.
