§ 72-1 Registration and storage.

Explosives, other than Pennsylvania approved hunting ammunition, shall not be stored in the Township without first being registered and approved by the Township, and without prior written notice to the Township Board. Such explosives shall not be stowed at any time in any unattended vehicle in the Township.

§ 72-2 Violations and penalties. [1]

Penalties for violation of this chapter shall be as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II.
