§ 206-1 Use of certain devices authorized.

Milton Borough Council hereby specifically approves and authorizes for use by the police officers of the Borough of Milton the following types of devices for measuring vehicular speed and prosecuting violations of the ordinances of the Borough of Milton and the Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:

A. Vascar Plus.

B. Excessive Speed Preventer.
