The Prospect Park Firemen's Relief Association, established and incorporated August 31, 1921, is hereby recognized by the Council of the Borough of Prospect Park as the agency for the receiving of all funds specifically designated therefor, received by the said Borough of Prospect Park from the State Treasurer pursuant to the provisions of the Act of Assembly of April 25, 1929, (P.L. 709).[1]
