Pursuant to Article XI, Section 1104, of the Borough Code, Act of February 1966 (1965 P.L. 1656, No. 581), as amended,[1] the Borough Council of the Borough of Prospect Park is hereby authorized to appoint the Secretary of the Borough of Prospect Park as Treasurer of said Borough of Prospect Park.
