Pursuant to Article XI, Section 1104, of the Borough Code, Act of February
1966 (1965 P.L. 1656, No. 581), as amended,[1] the Borough Council of the Borough of Prospect Park is hereby
authorized to appoint the Secretary of the Borough of Prospect Park as Treasurer
of said Borough of Prospect Park.

be authorized to set the salary of the Treasurer.
