The Township of Raccoon, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, does hereby establish the appointed position of "Chief Administrative Officer," which person may be a resident of the Township.
The Chief Administrative Officer shall serve for a period of one year and shall be named at the annual reorganization meeting of the Township; provided, however, that the initial appointment shall be made immediately after the adoption of this chapter, the said named Chief Administrative Officer to serve until the reorganization meeting next held after the adoption of this chapter.
The duties of the Chief Administrative Officer shall be those as outlined and mandated by the Municipal Pension Plan Funding Standard and Recovery Act, Act 205-1984, 53 P.S. § 895.101 et seq. as may be amended from time.
