After the passage of this article, it shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to erect or construct any obstruction or in any manner
interfere with the convenient and proper use of the roads, sidewalks, footwalks,
alleys, culverts, drains and bridges within the Township of Raccoon.
Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to civil enforcement procedures as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II; provided each day that a violation of any provision of this article is permitted to exist, after written notice is given of the existence of an obstruction, shall constitute a separate offense.
