Borough of Runnemede, NJ Article VI Racially Influenced Policing

§ 50-15 Adoption of policy.

The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Runnemede in the County of Camden and State of New Jersey hereby adopt the statewide policy defining and prohibiting "Racially-Influenced Policing," Attorney General Law Enforcement Directive No 2005-1, attached hereto.[1]

§ 50-16 Incorporation of policy into rules and regulations.

Such policy is hereby incorporated in and made a part of the rules and regulations of the Runnemede Police Department.[1]
